How is OMMO Warehouse priced?
Your quote reflects distribution centers, order volume, connection paths, onboarding complexity, and required ERP integrations, not the number of warehouse operators.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Plan changes and any bundle discount are set out in your quote.
What happens if I exceed my tier's limit?
Any limits, and what happens if you go past them, are set out in your quote. We never charge an overage fee that isn't in it.
Is there an annual discount?
An annual option can be included in the quote based on scope and commitment term.
How do I cancel?
Email cs@ommoco.com or use the billing portal when enabled for your account. The cancellation terms in your quote apply.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund terms are set out in your quote or order form before payment. Without one, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact cs@ommoco.com for a specific case.
What does support include?
Every proposal includes a clear support channel and agreed response window. Larger scopes can include a named account lead or dedicated channel when stated in the quote.
