The journey

From the dock to the door — in six honest steps.

No black box. Every stage in the order's life is visible to the operator running it and the manager watching it.

01

Receive

Receipt against a reference, with a condition note.

02

Putaway

Stock goes to a chosen location and is logged as a movement.

03

Pick

One pick task per order, with short picks recorded.

04

Pack

One packing session and one traceable package per order.

05

Dispatch

Prepare the handoff and assign the carrier.

06

Return

RMA, inspection, then restock, quarantine or damage.

What you get

Operator-first software, manager-trusted reports.

Built around the person on the floor moving the box — not around the executive looking at the dashboard. The dashboard is good because the floor is.

Multi-location control

Run warehouses, zones, bins, and SKU balances from one operational model.

  • Warehouse, zone, and bin structure
  • Stock by SKU and location
  • Auditable movement history

Directed work queues

Move work from receiving to picking and packing with explicit state and ownership.

  • Receive, pick, and pack queues
  • Controlled status transitions
  • Supervisor-reviewed exceptions

Managed shipping connections

OMMO Warehouse imports orders and stock from OTO and Omniful. Shipments are prepared inside OMMO; it does not book shipments, print carrier labels or track deliveries yet. Naqel and Torod need partner approval first.

Returns and disposition

Record receipt, inspection, and final disposition without losing the reason or stock impact.

  • Explicit return states
  • Restock, quarantine or damage
  • Reviewable inventory impact

Inventory control

Monitor balances, low-stock flags and adjustments from one ledger.

  • Below-reorder-point flags
  • Adjustments logged in the movement ledger
  • Channel stock reconciliation

Supervisor control tower

See open work, aging tasks, and connection health in one decision surface.

  • Daily operational summary
  • Actionable exceptions
  • Source and sync lineage
Go-live acceptance

We do not call it live until operations are proven.

Every setup ends with explicit acceptance or an explicit blocker list, not anonymous testimonials or unverified performance claims.

01

Data reconciliation

Orders, items, balances, and shipments are checked against the source system before any KPI is accepted.

Documented sample + explained variance
02

Completed operator flow

The customer's team completes receiving, picking, packing, and handoff without an undisclosed step outside the agreed process.

User acceptance + state history
03

Recoverable failure

Go-live stops if token renewal, source health, or supervisor-facing recovery states are not clear and testable.

Reconnect test + sync log

Contact
Do you support handheld devices on the floor?
The operator workspace is responsive and works in a modern mobile browser. We test your scanner and printer models with you during setup, before they are used in production.
Which shipping connections are available today?
OMMO Warehouse imports orders and stock from OTO and Omniful. Shipments are prepared inside OMMO; it does not book shipments, print carrier labels or track deliveries yet. Naqel and Torod need partner approval first. We confirm the exact actions available before go-live.
What ERP and accounting integrations are supported?
ERP work is scoped during managed onboarding. We map the customer's order, item, inventory, and shipment contracts first, then approve the required adapter before production use.
Do you support multiple warehouses?
Yes. A workspace can hold several warehouses, each with its own zones, locations and stock balances.
How does pricing work?
Plans are quoted by operational volume (orders, picks, shipments). Our team runs the setup with you.
When does it launch?
OMMO Warehouse is in early access now. General availability follows successful warehouse and carrier acceptance testing.
